My pictorial practice is located at the intersection between the human body and the patterns of nature, exploring their formal, symbolic and tactile affinities. In my works, anatomical elements such as skin, folds or cavities merge with organic textures that refer to barks, lichens or mineral formations, generating hybrid territories that invite a sensory and ambiguous contemplation. I use oil as a means to build dense, material and enveloping surfaces, where color and shape unfold in a constant state of transformation. Through this fusion between the bodily and the natural, I am interested in questioning the boundaries between the internal and the external, the human and the non-human, the visible and the intuitive.
